Tropical Liason patients retagged with a 'Tropical' tag cannot see their discharge buttons #1543

Patients are being

put on the tropical liaison list
retagged with the 'Teams' modal to the tropical team
removed from the liasion list.

They then cannot be removed from the 'Tropical' team as their category is not set as inpatient.
