Call out scanning recipes in the docs

What problem are you trying to solve?

ScanningRecipes can not be used as precondition, but it's not always clear what's a scanning recipe when reading the docs, and what's not

Describe the solution you'd like

We already generate pages of Moderne Licenses, and recipes that produce data tables. We could do the same for ScanningRecipes, and link to those from the doc pages on preconditions and scanning recipes. When viewing an individual recipe, it might also be good to show that it's a scanning recipe somehow, maybe as a tag.

Have you considered any alternatives or workarounds?

Always look at the implementation, but that does not scale well.
