[BUG] Provider Images not showing

Describe the bug

Some provider images don't display, though the images appear to exist in the correct folder https://opensearch.org/solutionsProviders/

Expected behavior

The images should display as they do for the other providers

1. Go to 'https://opensearch.org/solutionsProviders/'
2. View the images that are missing (see screenshots)

Just merged #3574 which should address this. I'll close this up when it hits prod.
