For different levels of project contributors, it would be helpful to have onboarding documentation on how to bring them onto the team.

Thanks for asking! This was written before much of the current documentation existed. I'd be interested in hearing how your experience has been and whether you feel like there are gaps in our current docs that would have made it easier or where things are confusing.

Are you familiar with the concept of friction logging?
