CGImap release 0.9.0

I have released CGImap 0.9.0 the other day, mainly to address zerebubuth/openstreetmap-cgimap#363. The release doesn't include any new features. Nevertheless, changes in the build system, a new unit test framework and removal of shared libraries in the Ubuntu PPA were good reasons to bump the minor version number.

0.9.x releases will still support OAuth 1.0a and Basic auth. Removal is planned for a 2.0.0 release later this year.

Thanks! It seems binary packages on launchpad are still awaiting publication, so this might take another 30-60 mins.

Ok, that was the ARM64 build only, which isn't relevant for us...

@tomhughes The generator header attribute suggests that the previous version is still running: generator":"CGImap 0.8.10 …

I can’t figure out from here if there’s an issue with the deployment or if there’s some manual step missing. TIA.

I forgot the package install doesn't restart it. I've done it now.
