Show owned profiles in Accounts summary page

When viewing an account's information, we currently display:

• General information (name, email role)
• Affiliations (schools and conferences)

We need to add a section that shows the student profiles owned by the account. This must be a direct ownership and not transitive. Although we do not expect there to be too many of these, the resulting tabular display should probably be paginated. The new section should only be displayed if membership tracking is enabled in the installation.
