Embarrassingly, every regatta created since inception of Techscore assumes a datetime that is implied to be "local time of the racing venue", but is at best only implied to be "East Coast" time. It would be beneficial to know when a regatta was starting as a universal timestamp, complete with timezone information to improve further sorting opportunities (i.e. sort by start time).
