Window Decorations

Implementation

• Every Nadva-decorated¹ window will have an extra wl_surface rendered on top of it, which will contain the title bar, tabs, whatever.
• All window decorations are drawn by an external process to the compositor (AvDeco), which will communicate via sockets to the main compositor process — this is to separate AvDeco crashing from crashing the entire compositor.
• AvDeco will attempt to use hardware rendering, if available, using the standard backends (Vulkan, OpenGL); with a higher-level drawing library (such as Skia, or Cairo).

I've started working on a concrete implementation in Rust, that would utilize Skia, (with a Vulkan backend), so I'll use this as an updates thread for that.

Maybe "we" (with we I mean you lmfao) could later on try to do it without Skia since that could maybe cause too much overhead for smth as simple as a window decorator
