How to modify/edit/add other metadata (instrument, disease, modification etc) to my public/private dataset

You can now request to edit/add other metadata related to your datasets by sending [email protected] your updated submission.px file with the accession number. Just edit the submission.px file (which you have already saved while uploading the dataset via PX Tool). Edit the exact CV term from - https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/index or you can also find it by PX Tool. Once edited send it to us.
