Updates to CUDA related libraries?
feat(ansible): upgrade for CUDA, TensorRT and CUDNN #5608
There are two issues:
- There are not enough disk space in Runner
  - @mitsudome-r to test free-disk space action for failing CI job
  - @amadeuszsz will also check the final image size after upgrading the libraries
- The cached autoware-base:cuda-latest is using old version of CUDA and needs update
Splitting CUDA dependent packages into a separate repository
- Move CUDA-dependent packages to a separate repository autoware.universe#3135
- We should summarize pros and cons and gather opinions again from the community.
  - @esteve to post the comment in the issue
- Another approach is to have a way to mark the lists of packages with CUDA

Finishing autoware_ prefix update for packages within Autoware.Universe
- Prefix packages with autoware_ prefix and keep code in autoware namespace #4569
Autoware Core migration
- replacing Stamped messages with autoware_internal_msgs
  - Porting XXXStamped messages from tier4_autoware_msgs to autoware_internal_msgs #5580
- replacing tier4_planning_msgs/PathWithLaneId with autoware_internal_planning_msgs/PathWithLaneId
  - feat!: replace tier4_planning_msgs/PathWithLaneId with autoware_internal_planning_msgs/PathWithLaneId autoware.universe#10023
  - Internal evaluator tests by TIER IV is done
  - The PR is planned to be merged today
