Attempting to open an application returns an error where a file is already in use (presumably by bottles?)

Attempting to run a software I need for work called Mozaik. Its a design and drafting application. It installs fine with no errors but when I try to run it using Bottles I get the following error.

"Error Writing to c:\Mozaik\Backups\Backuprecord.xml: The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."

I'm assuming bottles itself is somehow using this file and creating the error, but I have no way of knowing. How can I stop this from happening?

Force close the entire bottle and try starting it again.

Thanks. I attempted force stopping all processes and force closing the bottle and it did not change the result.
