Change modpack folder, settings

Currently all profiles are located at C:\Users[User]%APPDATA%\Roaming\com.modrinth.theseus\profiles
The option to change this directory to wherever you want helps people that have multiple drives and can help people find their modrinth projects easier in their system.

Edit: This would of course be located in the settings menu.
Edit 2: Noticed that this isn't under "Theseus" Project. This is meant for that project if this post confuses you.
