Some features that would greatly improve Modrinth's search functionality:
-A Only select versions box which filters search results further based on the current Minecraft Version selected. This would only function when using "Recently Updated", "Recently Published", or "Download Count", as Relevance and Follow Count don't really apply to individual files.
Examples:
the box + 1.16 + Recently Updated -> Sort/show mods based on which have the most recently uploaded/published a file for 1.16
the box + 1.12 + Download Count -> Sort/show mods based on which have the most downloaded files specifically for 1.12 - so a mod that has 5000 downloads overall but only 100 downloads of their 1.12 files would show after a 1.12-only mod which has 2000 downloads.
-A similar box for the above, but for Mod Loader
-A Timeframe selection menu, to sort mods based on recent trends. If using "Download Count" or "Follow Count" it would sort mods based on how many times they were downloaded or followed within that timespan. Other sorting modes are already chronological or wouldn't have unique functionality when used with it, likely just cutting off pages from the search.
Example:
30 Days + Download Count -> Sorts mods based on which has been downloaded the most in the last 30 days, rather than overall
