Mod Modloader Switching

Essentially, this would let you switch the loader of a modpack, and do three things.
1: Find an exact match of the mod, such as The Twilight Forest Fabric to the Forge version of the same page.
2: If there is no exact match due to separate mod pages for different versions, such as with Create and Create Fabric, which are 2 separate mod pages, the loader would give a suggestion and the user can individually pick for each similar mod.
3: In cases of low similarities, the user can do a strict or a loose search, the strict search looks for explicit links between mods, such as tags and names, offering a few suggestions and an option to expand to a list. The loose search compares tags, names, and the text of mod pages to find similar mods, and suggests several suggestions, along with an option to expand to a gallery.
