Code Wizard to make Pybricks commands (with demo!)

Here is an idea for a feature to make it easier for beginners to find and discover Pybricks commands, and to get the right syntax. I have attached a working prototype demo of how the data/logic could work.

The process could go like this:

1. There is a "Code Wizard" button in the app toolbar (e.g. magic wand icon)
2. When the user presses the button, the app scans the user's code for named devices (e.g. arm = Motor(Port.E)). If there aren't any (or just the hub), the user is directed to define them, with a separate UI to do that (like [Feature] Replace new file hub radio buttons with dropdown menus #765). Otherwise, the list of names and classes is assembled (this part of the prototype demo is fake) and the code wizard starts.
3. The wizard starts by asking which device to make a command for, then proceeds to ask a few other multiple-choice questions about what you want to do (see prototype demo).
4. Once the command is identified, the user is shown the code syntax (with variables/placeholders for any parameters) and given a chance to copy the text to the clipboard or insert it directly into their code. Ideally, the docs pane is also scrolled to the appropriate class/method for further information.

The prototype has very simple code logic, and I have included the data for the major classes. If you are interested in this idea, let me know if you want me to help complete the data for the remaining classes or how else I could help.
