It's a WIP, and I'm still deciding if it's even necessary. It might end up just being what we use to generate the code data for pydicom.

It is use for reporting
Radiologist need that values like BPD, HC, AC, etc for reporting purpose
They also use that value to see the growth of fetus. So gynecologists will decide their plan of action according to that .

The codes already exist in pydicom, they're just a little bit outdated and maybe need a bit of work ensuring retired codes are still recognised.
