Convert a video to DICOM

Hi all,

I've recently been assigned to convert files to DICOM (png, video, PDF...). I've certain experience with pydicom but I never used it with videos. I don't even know how a 'DICOM video' is. Thus I would like to ask here for some help. Some questions bellow:

• How is a DICOM video? Each video frame is going to be a different DICOM file? or it is just going to be equivalent to a 4D image probably saved as multiframe data within the DICOM header?
• What tags do I need to set in the header of the DICOM VIDEO to make it compliance?
• Last and most important questions, can this conversion be done with pydicom? is there any example out there?
