Thanks for this reference @py-baudin. Looks very nice - I particularly like the flexible access, querying substacks, etc. Can I suggest you update the title of this discussion to give some of the info in your post, e.g. working with frames, sorting, filtering. E.g. something like "dicomstack lib for 3D volumes, sorting, filtering" - it would perhaps make it easier for people to find. |

Hi everyone,
I've recently shared a simple wrapper for
pydicom
that allows more higher level operations with multiple frames, such as sorting, filtering and making 3D volumes.It's not very efficient at the moment, but the interface is rather simple and it's been really helpful in the last few years.
