Updated script/help for nominatim-ui + nominatim-docker for 4.5 gunicorn?

In regards to what was discussed over here in this issue:
mediagis/nominatim-docker#486

Instructions were added to the nominatim-ui repo for adding it to the docker:

But 4.5's docker seems to have moved away from running apache and instead is using gunicorn to start its web service. Would you mind creating some instructions for combining the UI with this new server host?
