내부 API서버에 사용될 파서 패키지 제작

이때 파서는 2종류 입니다. 아직 DB 결정을 하지 못해
파이썬을 사용한 파서 패키지 부터 제작합니다.

1. 웹페이지 파서

메뉴 파서 후 리스트 출력 (서서울관 포함) -> 함수 인풋값으로 날짜주면 해당 날짜 메뉴 리스트로 출력
공지사항 파서 후 리스트 출력
도서 파서 후 리스트 출력 or csv 저장

2. 인트라넷 파서

호실/점수 파싱
재실 여부 파싱
기타정보 파싱
외박정보 전송 (xml)
