Extra configurations seems not to be needed / possible, the template list is in the code: https://github.com/cs3org/reva/pull/4882/files#diff-8e0150bb298149d0567212ec09ed212c06ed4fe3ce2b0c9220e4a3f4f1771bb3R19-R74

But currently, you may not change the office name: owncloud/ocis#10306
