There are some unit tests for parallel multifit which do not work but hanging in PR approved but did not merged in. As any tests they may be useful, especially for possible refactoring work, this ticket would be addition to fixing parallel framework and enabling parallel mutlifit tests.

The tests within testing code to enable are marked by Re #1824 mark to identify running global search. Ticket itself is the part of Re #1764
