multiple places in Horace use connection between pixels run-ID and positions of IX_Experiment in Experiment. This connection is described by map class, but containers.Map in Matlab is incredibly slow.

The ticket is to write specialized fast map to resolve connection between IX_experiment and run-ID

The idea of algorithm is based on investigation provided in Re #1786
