Priority: Medium

Issue Description:

Some of the filter definitions at the bottom of the page apply to filters that exist in the pantheon-mu-plugin. Others apply to filters that exist in in the WordPress Pantheon Advanced Page Cache plugin. Those distinctions are unclear and if filters are used without PAPC installed and active, they will not do anything.

Suggested Resolution

Documentation should be updated to show the distinction between where the filters are introduced.
