TransformAtomicCluster methods not consistent #7

TransformAtomicCluster.rotate(x, mx) operates on x and returns None

TransformAtomicCluster.permute(x) returns an array. Not clear to me if it modifies x

I checked

TransformAtomicCluster.permute(x) returns an array. the passed array (x) is left unmodified
