expose population data in geojson properties

I would love to have population data exposed in the response geojson.

We frequently get issues opened which relate to sorting and it's difficult to debug them without seeing the population info.

This is a reasonably straight-forward task that could be completed by a first-time contributor or anyone with a few extra cycles.

any objections @pelias/contributors ?

note: I wouldn't expose popularity as it's not particularly useful, although it would be a good candidate for the proposed ?debug=true flag.
