Hi there,

Thank you for providing the codebase for PocketXMol, it's capabilities look quite promising and I would love to test it out. However, the installation is quite tricky with other CUDA versions installed. Could you provide a docker container on dockerhub to circumvent this issue, that would be amazing.

Thank you for your interest and valuable suggestions! We plan to build a Docker in the future, although we are not sure when it will be available. In the meantime, if you encounter any installation problems, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
