In IndexedDB, the nullifier index on the SPENDABLE_NOTES and SWAPS https://github.com/penumbra-zone/web/blob/main/packages/storage/src/indexed-db/index.ts#L148-L150 object stores should be decorated with { unique: true } because unlike primary keys, indexes can contain duplicates. We shouldn't be saving duplicate nullifiers in storage anyways, but this would strictly enforce that condition.
