Para cumplir lo que queremos en #63 hace falta que el despliegue no se haga en gh-pages (porque sí o sí hay que poner ahí las credenciales).

Voy a usar un pequeño hosting php para desplegar.

Desplegar en otro sitio
Eliminar branch gh-pages

Una cosa llevó a la otra y ya puestos a desplegar en un hosting php, he comenzado un pequeño backend en #71 que resolverá esta issue también.
