Hi!

I forked Test::Pod and make it free of Test::Builder with Test::API.

The code is here https://github.com/elcamlost/Test2-Pod

Are you interested in such PR? Or should I release it as new module on CPAN? Maybe it should be maintained by perl-pod organization too?
