How to create a plugin which adding a custom option

Hi Pest,

I'm using Pest for 2 years, it's pretty cool, recently I want to add an extra option (.e.g. pest.--env=snapshot) and documentation says we can create a new plugin, however I do not find/know how to implement it.

Is there any example I can follow up with ?
