Hello. I had the same obstacle. You can find the CoreNLP v3.6.0 here: https://stanfordnlp.github.io/CoreNLP/history.html

Thanks but it doesn't work anymore. The website says: "Resource Unavailable Due to SRCF Datacenter Shutdown
The resource you are trying to reach is not available due to SRCF datacenter shutdown and the corresponding servers being hosted there. The outage is expected to be between Jun 24th to July 3rd. Please contact [email protected] if you have any question.
