ENH-4 customizable type and subtype names

Now it is hard-coded into the program.
Types:
CAR, MOTOR,VAN,OTHER
Subtypes:
FRONT,BACK

Fortunately, the program was written in a way, that the labels (CAR, etc) wont matter, nor the number of labels, so it wont be tto hard to implement this feature.
