This issue specifies the items needed to fully implement #730.

  • Add framework and checks needed to export upload_pkg_lst().
  • Add a vignette or expand vignette to include function usage.
  • Handle issues with startup and the initialization of the Credential DB. (Maybe have the user create an admin user and password combination.)
  • include pkg source in the database tab
