Can we test if our solutions fits the Quanyi Zhao /Jesse TSOs requirements?
Can Quanyi Zhao share some of his reads (1M) and a example of what should be expected?

zhaoshuoxp It Would be nice to have a seqspec for the guides and maybe the pattern you would like to match. (Are you expecting a 20bp guide ? ) @zhaoshuoxp
