Hello good morning, I have a problem installing e2-f5-tts from Pinokio, it tells me everything necessary for it to work, and it is automatic, but it does not install CUDA and therefore I cannot continue, I don't know what to do, honestly.

hola buenos dias, tengo un problema al instalar e2-f5-tts desde Pinokio, me dice todo lonecesario para que funcione, y es automatico, pero no me instala CUDA y por lo tanto no puedocontinuar, no se que hacer la verdad.

Just a suggestion to install CUDA manually? Haven't tried it.
