Live site completely failing across multiple browsers and platforms

Hi, I'm new here, been meaning to set up a GitHub profile for a while but this issue finally got me to do it.

I tried to use the site at static dot echonest dot com a few days ago and it hung on "Creating path...", figured it was a temporary load-related issue. Still hasn't worked since, and I've tried it on Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Android, in both Chrome and Firefox. Attempted a number of different artists, with and without capitalization.

Hoping it's a minor non-bureaucratic issue and you can get this running again soon, it's the whole reason I joined Spotify in the first place. I was surprised when I couldn't seem to find anyone else reporting the problem. Anyway, thanks for taking time to read this.
