Enhance Pod capabilities

There are some enhancements possible with how we set the capabilities.

• taxonomy: Only possible to set a default, not category or tag just like with post types (post or page).
• post_type & taxonomy: Not possible to define your own plural names (these are generated with an s at the end).
• Probably more, I'll add them when found!
