Single post disappearing at random

Hi! This is a follow up on this post.

Are there multiple caches in use? What are they and which sub-features are enabled? Is Cloudflare in use? Is a host-specific cache in use?

Litespeed cache was being used but this has now been disabled. Other than that it doesn't seem like any other caching. There is a wpml cache but it doesn't seem like this can be disabled.

Is it possible to recreate the issue in a staging environment?

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment

What is the exact page template and theme, and how is the template loaded into the theme?

Active theme: Avada (Avada)
Version: 7.11.2 (Latest version: 7.11.13)
The template is loaded through avada settings.
