Scrolling emission effect does not work if you only want it to work on audiolink #49

It kind of sucks since it seems also to have a special effect for audiolink yet it needs to be kept on active always to work. Can't just put emission strength to 0 and activate it on demand from audio link

Repro:

  1. Get scrolling and audio link on in an emission.
  2. Set global strength to zero.
  3. Make audiolink add emission strength.
  4. The scrolling effect will just not work, it will work like it was not enabled at all.

I think this was fixed in 8.2, but I'll have to double check.
