<ul>
<li> Responsible for all aspects of day to day network administration.</li>
<li> Builds and maintains servers, implements LAN and WAN hardware and software, monitors capacity and performance utilization, and other network related maintenance/improvements.</li>
<li> Ensures daily backup and disaster recovery system.</li>
<li> Ensures complete and accurate backup and storage of the computer system data programs.</li>
<li> Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure, computer stations and software.</li>
<li> Provides technical support for the phone system for the entire organization.</li>
<li> Works directly with users to troubleshoot, document and resolve network related issues.</li>
<li> Establish and maintain network users, user environments and user related security rights</li>
<li> Ensures the security of the network at all times and assigns appropriate access for staff.</li>
<li> Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.</li>
<li> Maintains complete and accurate system documentation of all software and hardware related issues.</li>
<li> Responsible for testing and debugging of operating system patches or upgrades to current system.</li>
<li> Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters and is responsible for overall IT in the organization.</li>
<li> Trains staff through both formal and informal training programs.</li>
<li> Responds/acts on upper-management direction.</li>
<li> Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.</li>
<li> Addresses software and hardware problems in a timely manner to ensure minimal down time.</li>
<li> Monitors and maintains cost effective hardware and software support.</li>
<li> Maintains Website and updates in a timely manner.</li>
<li> Maintains complete and accurate system documentation.</li>
</ul>
<br><b>Requirements:</b>
<ul>
<li>4 year college degree in Computer Science or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years experience in a networked computer environment, performing in a lead IT role. </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, as per policy.</li>
<li>Ability to travel to off-site locations.</li>
<li>Proficient in computer operating systems: DOS, Microsoft Server 2008, 2003/XP and Microsoft Office 2003.</li>
<li>Proficient in email server administration. Prior experience with Domino mail server preferred.</li>
<li>Website administration and/or design experience preferred.</li>
<li>Database administration experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Analytical, organized and able to effectively manage many tasks simultaneously.</li>
<li>Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work with minimum supervision exercising a high degree of discretion and independent judgment.</li>
