For security, we should make each command only access the application state through https://github.com/pondersource/prejournal/blob/main/src/commands/helpers/dataAccessObject.php
so that we have a single place where we make sure the currently logged in user only gets to see and change data they are allowed to see and change.

Maybe we should instantiate the DAO from the session, so that the access control restrictions are applied to it in the constructor?
