I am not sure if the problem I am having is with CryoTanks or with NF Electrical Systems considering one of the other NF mods is dependant on CryoTanks. I do know it has nothing to do with welding because this ship is the un-welded one. You can verify this by right clicking individual tanks at the bottom.
My ship shows a 589.67 EC/s surplus of electricity but the battery itself is losing/draining power and the "recharged in" time is counting up. The battery should be gaining charge, not losing and the "recharged in" timer should be counting down if I have a surplus of EC.

I suspect this is a "phantom power" bug? I had a thought maybe it's the reaction wheels not showing their EC usage.
