Add cryogenic fuels to fuel tanks

As the title says it, it would be great if NFXs fuel tanks also provided storage for cryogenic fuels. From looking into the configs, part texture variants and fuel types are bound to one another, so maybe adding two switches, one for contents and one for textures could be an additional enhancement.
