This is the Kerbal Space Program Frameworks section of the suite. These mods are typically dependencies of the rest of the mods and provide supporting code and functions that make them work at all.
These mods are almost always provided as hard dependencies - removing or disabling them will make the game work incorrectly. You have been warned.
This mod provides fuel switching and storage for cryogenic fuels: Methane and Liquid Hydrogen. It supports fuel boiloff for these resources, and adds new, foil-wrapped orbital storage tanks for use on interplanetary vessels.
Waterfall provides a framework for advanced, smooth engine effects as an alternative to particle systems.
System Heat revamps the KSP thermal system with a focus on heat generated by ship systems, like nuclear reactors, engines and other toasty warm parts.
The Community Tech Tree is an extension to the KSP tech tree that adds a number of common tech nodes used by community mods.
The Systems Manager fixes a critical bug with KSP's resource management during high timewarp levels. As a bonus, it also provides UI panels to help with planning your ship's power genration and consumption before launch.
A utility pack with a number of props for IVA spaces. Useful to IVA builders and required for Core mods that contain IVAs, like SSPX and NF Spacecraft.
