Get Function for all the location working
- This function is used for calculating the distance between two cordinates.
INPUT
#lat1 - latitude of 1st point
#long1 - longitude of 1st point
#lat2 - latitude of 2nd point
#long2 - longitude of 2nd point

#returns the distance in meters from point 1 to point 2
