The Open Now filter on the backend should use the restaurants times and compare it to the current time to see if the restaurant is open.

As you mentioned in the comment that I have to compare the restaurant time and current time and basis on this I will get the vendors list then my question is what is the use of the Open Now filter in vendor account settings if I compare the current time with restaurant's time to get the vendors?
