Consider adding memory limit in addition to time limit

Currently, RDFRules implements a time limit for mining.
Some mining tasks can be extensively memory intensive, after the available memory is exhausted, the mining can be inefficient. A memory limit would ensure that after available memory is exhausted, the mining would automatically stop.
