Appears to be broken after MoS transition to ICS

Authentication mechanism appears to be broken after the recent transition of MoS to Identity Cloud Services. MoS Doc 2990249.1 talks about the change affecting PUM Images.

November 29, 2023. MyOracleSupport (MOS) has made a change in its identity management, switching from Oracle Access Manager (OAM) to Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS). OAM has been used by client applications, but is being disabled in the near future. The PAU feature in PeopleSoft update images is a client application that connects to MOS and automatically downloads PRPs and application images; it must transition to the new IDCS authentication.
