Good Psi+ .doap file

Current the .doap file for Psi+ is same than Psi.
Bad icon, bad links, bad version, ...

It is needed to have a different .doap file for Psi+, a patch and a new name file name too.

I think it is needed to have a patch file in main.

It is possible to have the good logo?

Prefer to speak about other softwares instead of Psi+ which is in XMPP.org list.
